First, open chiller, stop order
To ensure that after the air conditioner starts to run correctly, you must ensure that:

Second, the operation of the chiller is divided into before starting, starting, running, stopping four steps
Pre-boot
(1) confirm the unit and the controller is powered on.
(2) Check that the cooling tower fans, cooling water pumps, cooling water pumps are turned on.
(3) to confirm the end of fan coil units are powered on.
start up
(1) key pressed on the keyboard, then the keyboard below the unit ON / OFF (on / off) toggle switch to the ON (ON) position.

normal operation
(1) the unit normal operation, the controller will monitor oil pressure, motor current and other parameters of the system, if any air-cooled chiller with water-cooled chiller problems arise, the control system will automatically take the appropriate measures to protect the unit, and fault information is displayed on the unit screen.
(2) within 24 hours of each operating cycle, there should be someone at fixed time intervals permanent record unit operating conditions.
Shutdown
(1) Just below the keyboard unit ON / OFF toggle switch to the off position, the unit can be shut down.
(2) To prevent damage, even when the unit is shut down, do not cut off the power supply unit.
